Update: Further to the article releases earlier this afternoon the Football League has confirmed the return of the Football League Share to AFC Bournemouth.

Club Agrees League Proposals - Club set for return of League Share

AFC Bournemouth has agreed proposals set out by the Football League last night for the return of the Football League Share to AFC Bournemouth New Co.

Sport-6 completed all the relevant paperwork by noon today and informed the Football League of their decision to accept the terms and conditions set out by the League.

As a result AFC Bournemouth expect the League Share to be transferred in due course and commence the League Two season against Gillingham tomorrow.

The club would also like to thank all Season Ticket holders for their patience in collecting their Season Tickets. The Ticket Office are working hard to distribute as many tickets as possible prior to tomorrow's game and the players will be doing everything possible to ensure a positive and entertaining season in front of our loyal support.
